He was extremely professional during all our interactions. He took the time to understand our needs and desires and was proactive in finding us listings. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate on LBI. He was able to provide us insights on all the listings that comes with living on the island and working as a police officer. He was very patient and we never felt rushed or hurried. We spent the right amount of time viewing the list of houses that together we compiled. We had limited days that we could view and he was very available. He was prompt and responsible. He was extremely helpful during the negotiation process and though I was a buyer, I could envision him selling my house also. We cannot write enough superlatives about Brian.

So now my son will grow up with his cousins in his life everyday & go to school with them! Life is better with family around, and Brian made that a reality for me & my wife & 4 year old son. He found me what I was looking for & didn't break my bank account in the process, I am will to bet he could do the same for you. He was quick to respond to calls & emails & he helped move the process along so we could be in the house before the holidays!
